Kelly Waggoner is Associate Director of Transfer Recruitment at Indiana University Bloomington. Kelly provides leadership, strategic planning and implementation of initiatives related to transfer recruitment and enrollment at Indiana University Bloomington. In her role with the Office of Admissions, Kelly provides leadership for transfer student recruitment, including the development of comprehensive recruitment and outreach programming serving prospective transfer students in their journey to meet their educational goals. These efforts also relate to IUB’s diversity and multicultural goals and initiatives; serving in a collaborative role with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunity to attract and enroll under-represented populations. She is currently a member in INACAC’s inaugural Indiana Cultural Opportunity Network (ICON) program, is a co-chair for IUB Transfer Student Advisory Board (TSAB), and the Professional Development Director for Indiana Transfer Council.
